Hello, I am Pang Xiong.  I am from Green Bay, WI and of course, a Packer fan!  I have a loving and supportive husband and 5 wonderful kids that gives me the true meaning of life.  I am a licensed and certified tattooist in the state of Wisconsin and the owner of The PMU Effect.  I knew a long time ago that I wanted to be a small business owner and open up my own salon or studio one day.  I love what I do at the The PMU Effect and that is helping people.  I specialize in permanent makeup (cosmetic tattoo) - Ombre brows, lip blushing, saline removal, and color correction.  My professional services helps people with physical limitations or medical conditions to just simply helping you save time with your daily makeup routine.
